Outlook Cleaner is a very powerfull program. It provides users with the ability to remove large number of items with the click of the button. Here's a couple of guidelines to use it without removing items you don't want to.

Always make sure that you have a backup of your .pst file

Only enable the delete items clean when you want to permanently remove the items from your .pst

·

Use of the Clean Subfolders and Remove Subfolders only when you are ready to really remove these items.
