Outlook Cleaner requires a working MAPI Outlook environment. It has been seen that, in some installations, MAPI is not working, specially if you have upgraded from a previous version of Outlook to a more recent version. The only known way we have seen to fix this problem is to completely Uninstall Outlook (or Office) and reinstall it again.
