Moving your License to another computer
 

PersonalCRM's licensing moving policies are as follows:

  • Data Conversion Products: These products are ACT-To-Outlook Convert, ACT-To-Outlook Professional, Outlook-To-ACT Professional. Due to the single-use nature that these products are used to convert data, these products are licensed for a single user on a PC. The license is tied to the user and the PC and may NOT be moved. If you upgrade your PC, we will allow the transfer of the license to the new PC. You may only do this once a year.

To de-register any of these products, execute the de-register software. Remember, you may only do this once a year.

  • All other PersonalCRM Products.. These products may be moved from one pc to another. To move a license, you must first de-register the software from your current PC. If a de-registration is not received, a moving license processing fee is applicable to these products. To pay the license move fee, click here.

If you want to move the license and not execute the de-registration, you must do the following:

  1. Pay the license move fee.

  2. When you receive an email confirmation that your license has been reactivated, re-register the license.

  3. It is the right of PersonalCRM to refuse issuing a license activation if it is suspected that the move request is a form of software copying, piracy, duplication, or copyright breach.

Computer Crash

If the computer crashes, the license may be reactivated using the Problem Report Form. You are authorized to reactivate your license once a year.

De-Registering a License
To De-Register a license, click on the product below and when prompted, click on Open. This will disable the license on the installed computer:
