Setup mechanisms to either create a new contact or simply update or
even remove the contact from the database depending on values returned.
There values can either be on the subject line or an email address related
to the email received.

Scan emails and validate the email in real time. A full status of the
email validation process can be kept in a field that you select to keep
this information. Scan for invalid syntax, non-existent DNS servers, even
SMTP rejection of the recipient's email. You can also decide whether you
want or not to keep the imported contact depending on the validity of the
email.
