• Lead Management. Receive leads from lead providers via email and setup your own parsing techniques to enter the data into your database

• Web Submission Requests. Parse any web submission in the form of an email directly into your ACT! database. If email address is important, eConvert can also validate whether the email address for the submission is correct.

• Email Response Management. Whether you receive the email via a web submission or a simple reply, eConvert can match the email to the contact in the database and add it to the history of the contact. You can use either a field on the email, such as Email From, or a field in the email!

• Removal of Contacts. Setup eConvert to automatically remove contacts from mailing lists at the contact's request

• Contact Updating. Have contacts fill out a web form on your web site and be automatically updated on your ACT! database.

• Multi-Database Processing. Process multiple emails into multiple databases at your leisure.
