Failure to Scan Email

Bounced Emails Detective will not appropriately find the contact if the following happens:

1.

There is no pertinent information on the email body. If the bounced email does not have the email address of the offending contact on the main part of the email, the system will not find the contact.

2.

The main body of the email is empty. Many system admin setup their systems to return an empty email when the recipient is not found. Those emails won't be processed.
