ACT-To-Outlook 2003 Email aims to provide users with the capabilities of sending professional-looking emails to a single or a large number of users. Users can send HTML formatted emails as well as send attachments from preset templates for speed and accuracy. In addition, our broadcast and mail merge capabilities are built-in into the lookup structure of ACT! and do not require any programming.
Our revolutionary web parsing technology allows you to send any non-redirected web page on the internet as a web page. Store company newsletters, order forms, and much more on the web and simply access these items using ACT-To-Outlook 2003 Email technology. In addition, our superb Outlook Spooler allows you to send emails in batch format so as not to attract the fury of your ISP.
ACT-To-Outlook 2003 Email relies on Outlook 2003 for email transport and is compatible with Microsoft Exchange. No special installation or other email handlers or SMTP servers. Simply use it on top of your existent Outlook and it works.
