| 1. The emails are generated and sent to the Outlook Spooler Folder.

| 2. The generated emails stay in the Outlook Spooler Folder until dispatched by the Outlook Spooler.

| 3. The spooler checks whether there are any emails pending in the Outbox. If there are none, then an additional batch of emails is deposited in the Outbox and marked for sending by the Outlook Outbox handler.

| 3a. If an email stays in the Outbox for longer than the Invalid Email Timeout setting, it is then moved to the Invalid Emails Folder. Depending on the ISP and Outlook configuration, some emails will timeout when sent and will cause the Outlook Outbox to hang. This methodology prevents the Outbox from hanging.

| 4. A batch of emails is deposited in the Outlook Outbox folder. The spooler marks the emails to be sent out and they are then sent.

| 5. Recipient receives the email from Outlook.

| · | Countdown #. This indicates the number of minutes left before the spooler attempts to send additional emails.

| · | Send More Emails. When selected, the spooler ignores the countdown and sends another batch of emails.

| · | Run History Matches. This option manually runs the History Matches
|
| · | View Outlook. Open the Outlook Process

| · | Settings. Open the ACT-To-Outlook 2003 Email Settings.

| · | Tools->Options->Mail Setup->Send/Receive

| · | Set the send/receive at a value that is less than the Time in Between Sends of Outlook.
