Sending a Preset Web-Based Template

After you have installed ACT-To-Outlook 2003 Email, you need to restart ACT! so that the ACT-To-Outlook 2003 Email will appear in the ACT! toolbar.

To send an HTML Email.
1. Click on the colored ACT-To-Outlook 2003 Email Icon:

2. You then get the ACT-To-Outlook 2003 Email Interface.

3. Scroll down to a template you like, and let's select the sand and shell template. Click on the template.

4. You then see the template displayed on the browse window. Click on the Template generate email and an email is then generated.

5. Click on the send button and the email is then sent.
