The ACT-To-Outlook 2003 Email History matcher scans the Sent Items folder in Outlook and matches any emails sent using ACT-To-Outlook 2003 Email and enters the emails into the ACT! history. The history matcher is generally run when the email is sent but sometimes it does not pick up the sent email due to a time lag. Hence, you can activate the history matcher manually.
