1.The email generated by Outlook is not HTML formatted.  
Cause: This is caused when Outlook is set to generate only Text emails.  
Solution: Set Outlook to generate HTML emails. To do so, start outlook and click on Tools->Options->Mail Format and set the mail format to be HTML as shown below.  
2.When I broadcast an Email, Outlook tries to add the list to Outlook.  
Cause: This happens when Outlook does not recognize an email in the BCC field and tries to send it.  
Solution: Set Outlook to not check the email list. To do so, start outlook and click on Tools->Options->Preferences->Email Options->Advanced Email Options and uncheck Automatic Name Checking.  
3.When I create my own templates, the graphic files are not displayed.  
Cause: This is because the graphic links are all set to local files and not to files that are accessible from a web on the internet.  
Solution: Change the files location to be accessible via a web site accessible through the Internet i.e. http://www.graph.com/graph.gif.
