There are 3 major parts for ACT-To-Outlook 2003 Email:  
1.The Main Interface. The template that you want to use is selected in this interface. Also, you have the option to create an empty email if you need to.  
2.The Spooler. The spooler makes sure that your email is sent out on an orderly fashion and that it get integrated back into the ACT! history once sent out.  
3.The Web. The Web is our source for templates. Using our HTML parsing technology, you can create a local or web template with the click of a button.
