Things to Note:
| 1. | The software will prompt for a username and password if the database is Username/Password protected.

| 2. | When selecting a database, make sure it is the database that you want. One of the most common calls we get is "The data on the CSV file is different from the data on my database". To make sure the software and you are looking at the same database, click on the Help->About in ACT! and double check that the path listed is the same as the path in 123 ACT! to CSV Export.
