The export options available to the user are as follows:
| · | Field Separator. This is the field separator to be used to delimit each field. Fields supported are Tab, Comma and Semicolon.

| · | Numeric Only Phone Number. When set, any non-numeric characters such as parenthesis "(" or dashes "-", are removed from the phone number.

| · | Remove Phone CC. When set, this option will remove the leading +CC from the exported phone number. For example, when not set, the phone number from ACT! is exported as +1 (408)555-1212. When this option is set, the +1 is removed from the phone number and the number is exported as (408)555-1212.

| · | Contact Modification Filtering. When set, only contacts with modification dates earlier than the date set will be exporter. In the screen above, only contacts that have been modified after September 14, 2004 will be exported. This option is very useful if you want to export a whole database and then only export contacts that have had fields modified. Note: this option overrides the History filtering so if a history item has been modified and the contact has not, the record will NOT be exported and skipped.
