| · | When enabled, ACT-Outlook Synchronizer allows private ACT! contacts/activities to be brought over to Outlook. The privacy flag gets transferred to the Outlook equivalent of Normal (ACT! Public) and Private.

| Also, when contacts/activities are transferred back to ACT!, the privacy flag gets maintained. Outlook Personal and Condifential Sensitivity settings get matched to ACT! Private.

| · | When disabled, ACT-Outlook Synchronizer filters out any contacts/Activities from ACT! and does NOT transfer these contacts in Outlook. It does not, however, delete the contact in Outlook if the contact is already there.
