Outlook Clean will remove all items from the Contact Folder (when enabled) and/or
remove all Appointments (Meetings) from the Appointments folder, remove all
Todo's from the Tasks folder and remove all Calls from the Appointments folder.
It will also reset the corresponding indexes in ACT-Outlook Synchronizer.
Uses of Outlook Clean
This option is very useful if you want to start synchronization with a fresh Outlook
Contact folder or a fresh set of Activities folder. You can keep the contacts and
remove the activities only so that all the activities exactly match the ACT!
