| Major New Features
|
| · | Background Processor. Well, we did it. After many requests, we created our own background processor that manages the execution of ACT-Outlook Synchronizer. Our users no longer have to schedule the processing using the windows scheduler.

| · | Outlook Clean. Great and powerful tool. If you want to remove all the items in an Outlook folder, just use this option. This is ideal if anything goes wrong and you need to reset your outlook folder. In a matter of seconds your outlook contact folders are cleared and ready to work for you.
|
| · | Activity Tagging. All activities are now tagged with Type (todo, call, appt), Contact Name and Phone Number. This is ideal for PDA's where you get not only the contact name with whom you have a meeting/call but also the phone number right on the subject line.

| · | Outlook Independent Activity Matching. We added back the automatic matching of Outlook Independent activities to ACT! contacts. This is great when running in the background since the activity will then popup in ACT! without any major problems.

| Bugs Fixed
|
| · | Import of Independent Tasks from Outlook would duplicate on the second sync. This bug was finally found and importing independent tasks no longer get duplicated on subsequent syncs.

| · | Reoccurring Activities. Corrupted Reoccurring Activities from ACT! would crash our sync of Reoccurring activities. That is now fixed.
|
| · | Background Processing. Background processing in V6.8 was damaged. It is now fixed, improved, and works great.
|
| · | Minor Bugs. Minor spelling and interface issues were resolved to make the product better.
|

| · | Performance. In some cases, the performance improvements are stunning. What used to take 90 minutes to process, now takes under 1 minute. In our tests, clocked a 4000 contact, history, and activity synchronization to 71 seconds. That is AFTER the 1st synchronization. The speed improvements have been primarily concentrated on the processing of ALL i.e. full sync of the databases. In our tests, what used to take 2 hours now takes less than 2 minutes!

| · | Reliability. Multiple bugs were fixed, primarily with updating reoccurring activities and the creation of activities from ACT!.

| · | Exchange Support. Extended exchange support for email addresses has been added.

| · | Support of Outlook Profile Login. You can instruct ACT-Outlook Synchronizer to login as a specific profile when starting Outlook.
