Contact Deletions

ACT-Outlook Synchronizer will delete Outlook Contacts when they are deleted in ACT! and ACT! Contacts when they are deleted in Outlook. However, due to the filtering mechanism,. the software will perform in the following manner:
·When all filtered synchronizations are processed (all syncs except All), only the contacts selected will be deleted if they are deleted in Outlook. Contacts not selected on the filter, are ignored re. the reverse deletion process from Outlook. Using filters to exclude ACT! contacts in the sync speeds up the processing, however, contacts that are not included in the filter are not processed, therefore rendering contact deletions somewhat inconsistent. Pressing the ALL button resolves the consistency issues by going through the database and making sure that all contacts are deleted and fully synchronized.
·If maintenance of contact deletion is important at all times, use the Sync All option to synchronize.
